Whats included:
The room will come set up to a pre-set layout of your choosing. Access to 20 round (72”) tables, 10 rectangular (8’) tables, 12 bistro (32″W x 40″H) tables, 200 chairs, free wifi, and use of audio-visual equipment is included in the rental rate.
Flexible rental times between 6:00am and Midnight.
Did You Know?
- Space is available at an hourly rate beyond the 5-hour block.
- Tax-paying residents of the City of Hudsonville are eligible for discounted rental rates.
- The maximum capacity for the entire space is 200 seated guests.
- Our courtyard is only available if you rent the All Event Space.
- You can choose from any food caterer you would like, or you can bring your own dishes.
- A Terra Square point of contact will be on-site during your entire rental.
